To access the APP it is necessary to have a username and password that are generated when registering on the website https://www.contadigital.mx/precios/pymes/gratis. The user must have Stamps to be able to issue invoices. These stamps can be purchased online or at any ContaDigital Authorized Distributor.
In this application you can:
1.- Issue and cancel all types of electronic invoices 4.0 (CFDI) in XML and PDF format (Invoices, receipt of fees, advances, application of advance, credit notes).
2.- Add Clients and their billing information.
3.- Add Products (with SAT key).
4.- Send invoices by email.
5.- Consult data on invoices received from suppliers.
The documents will be stored in the ContaDIGITAL® cloud to generate the Electronic Accounting. If you configure the ERP policies option, every time you make an invoice, the accounting entry will be made automatically.
