Ratings and reviews

Absolutely garbage app, completely unusable - don't rely on this! A GeniePoint was only option in a rural area we were staying, the charge point itself seemed operational but the absolute nightmare trying to get a) registered and then more importantly the impossibility of getting a card added to it meant we just ended up driving away. If you know this is your only option make sure you're registered and have every single thing working 100% before you travel, and be prepared for a fight.

The chargers and the app are useless. I went to charge it going into watch a film, but you're only allowed a certain time or they charge you an extra £10 and a further £10 for every subsequent set time over. So thought I'd just get a quick 10 mins after the film. That was again foiled due to the system itself not working. So I thought I'd download the app and use as a guest. Again wouldn't work. Honestly, what is the point in you? Shocking service.

Manages to be just a bit worse than nothing. The app is almost identical to the website, with the main difference being that the website can use your browser's password manager to remember your login details whereas the app cannot and demands you type them in each time. Their charge points aren't even cheap so they should shell out a few quid for an app developer to sort this rubbish out.
