Ratings and reviews

The app itself is great... when it works. But searching for a song, results take around 15 seconds to load. Then, when I go into that song, it's just gray bars all over the screen for at least another 20 seconds, sometimes taking up to a minute or never loading at all. Lyrics that I have saved offline are just as bad with the load times, so I doubt it's an internet issue. I've been having these issues for a few months and have never found any fixes, even from a 5 year old post of the same issue.

It's been years and there are still no improvements in the android version. We can't add songs, innovate etc. The app doesn't recognize songs that you're playing. They don't even update the articles anymore. Overall the app used to be more active and up-to-date. Now it's like they don't even bother to change the old articles with new ones.

Great app. Would have given 5 stars if there were the same features in the app as there are on the website. I cannot add a bio, annotation, transcription or pyong. (Edit: the lyrics aren't popping up in my notifications like they usually do which is a huge inconvenience) (Edit 2: It was fixed, it's much more convenient now, thanks!)
