MyGeniuslane Family is the companion app for parents and guardians whose child receives care at a Genius Lane centre. It brings your child's care together in one secure place, so you can stay involved between visits.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Appointments — see upcoming sessions and request a time; your care team confirms it.
• Reports — read the reports your care team shares about your child.
• Care plan — follow the activities your team suggests to support your child at home, and mark what you're trying.
• Assessments & weekly check-ins — complete assessments and short check-ins so your team can track progress.
• Messages — message your child's care team securely.
• Video consultations — join online appointments from your phone.
• Upload Centre — share documents and photos with your care team.
• Recommended videos — watch activities and guidance chosen for your child.
• Payments — view invoices and pay securely.
• Ask the care navigator — get help finding your way around your child's care.

SECURE BY DESIGN
• Sign in with a one-time email code, then unlock with your fingerprint or face.
• Your data is encrypted in transit and access is limited to you and your child's care team.
• You can review what happens to your data and request account deletion from within the app.

• An active account with a Genius Lane centre is required to use this app.
• This app is for parents and guardians, not for children to use directly.
• The app is not for emergencies. If you have an urgent concern, contact your local emergency services.
