Well download the app but can't figure ns where you create an account with them. It goes right to phone number and password. I got the phone number but I never created a password. I tried using the reset password and it said it sent a email, but where did they send the email to because it didn't go to my emails l address also I never set up an account with my email yet. This is confusing, I just need to o go back to T-Mobile. At least there apps and websites are easy to navigate and make sense.

Happy with the app, Customer service is helpful & friendly, also pretty quick with the response time. I did have one difficulty on the App, with the application process, and my phone has turned off twice by its self even though it was charged, but other then that everything works fine. I've had no other problems. Overall I'm satisfied with the phone and the App since I've had it for about 3 months now. šŸ‘šŸ˜„

I've had service with Gen Mobile for almost a month and so far it's been more than adequate for my needs in terms of data and connectivity. The phone I received is a little janky but I'm on California lifeline so I shouldn't complain about a free phone and service. It's just a little frustrating because the phone will randomly shut down despite having a full battery or the flashlight won't turn off and it won't let me restart it so I have to physically remove the battery. but, I deal with it
