New customer. Can't view detailed account info on website, only available with this app. I downloaded the app and so far I'm still stuck on the first page which is only half displayed. You enter your phone number for verification you get sent to code, and then you can't submit any code. When you click on the send me an email instead it doesn't send an email just sends another text message. Again, I'm unable to submit code. On the plus side, I'm really liking the Blu smartphone..

I have tried multiple times to open this app, to NO AVAIL! It just says it will send a code, asks for the code sent via text message, when I enter the code..... NOTHING HAPPENS!!!! THE APP WILL NOT OPEN!!! I CALLED GEN MOBILE ASKING FOR ASSISTANCE, THEY TOLD ME TO download this app, which has been USELESS, THUS FAR!!! WHAT GOOD IS A PHONE, WITH THE ONLY ACCESS TO THE DATA BEING A APP THAT DOESN'T WORK? WHAT is your recommendation for someone to do? Gen Mobile has been giving me no help! Why?

I received a phone from gen mobile . The phone was working great for about a week then it was cut off it put me in a bind and it really disappointed me I thought I found a good cell service and when I tried to call the service provider they weren't in or didn't call back . I really don't appreciate this I lost my phone service and it's saying not a gen mobile phone number and the sims card was I'm the phone when i got it .please fix this
