New customer. Can't view detailed account info on website, only available with this app. I downloaded the app and so far I'm still stuck on the first page which is only half displayed. You enter your phone number for verification you get sent to code, and then you can't submit any code. When you click on the send me an email instead it doesn't send an email just sends another text message. Again, I'm unable to submit code. On the plus side, I'm really liking the Blu smartphone..

You definitely get what you pay for with this service. I mean damn, regardless of it being free or not, it's absolutely useless if it doesn't work! Bottom line is genmobile is required to provide a service, period and they do not! At minimum, the phone should always be able to send/receive calls- and it's so unreliable that I borrow another phone in case this happens..which is ALOT. THE CALL FUNCTION SHOULD NEVER BE AN ISSUE..ESPECIALLY IN EMERGENCIES.

Horrible.. 1st number I couldn't get my text they were being sent to someone else, I have yet to know anything about my detailed account info since I got the phone in December, phone capability sucks and lags it takes forever the get to web pages or switch between screens. I've called many times trying to figure out my account info but the customer service tells me to go to a app that hasn't worked since December.
