The GeoGuard Location Validator App is a geolocation application that allows you to obtain location data from your Android device. This app works with any website that requires the GeoGuard location check process.

You must enable Location Services and allow Notifications from the GeoGuard App.

Data is secured and encrypted to ensure privacy.

It used to work, but now it doesn't. I uninstall and reinstall and edit permissions, and it refuses to work even though I am decidedly in the area for verification. It is soon frustrating and annoying. If I could rate it with negative numbers, I would. A one-star rating is much too generous! I tried it on my tablet, which is a better than decent one, the same pathetic results.

Cannot bet on Oregon Scoreboard without validating location through GeoGuard Location Validator, except it doesn't work at all. I just created an account at Oregon Scoreboard and have tried to place my first bet. I've been unsuccessful with every attempt due to errors caused by this app. I have attempted to verify my location on 3 different devices: laptop, desktop, and cell phone. I've tried it on data and on wifi, I've given permissions to the app to access my location, I have location turned on across all devices, I've uninstalled and reinstalled, I've tried it from my office and from my house, it has errored out without fail every single time.

I understand its for security purposes, but the geogaurd app is really really annoying. It comes on when you don't want it too...takes forever to do its Job and now on my end, app won't start My game unless other apps are closed, which I don't understand what that means because I've never had this type of issue when it comes to me logging on my game. There needs to be a updated version or something done to make the app do the job faster instead of it being so annoying!!
