TourSolver Mobile allows resources to connect from anywhere with TourSolver to access the agenda, scheduled routes and visits, visit reports, visit fulfilment status…. Their input is uploaded to the planning manager who can track visit fulfilment in real time and take action as required.
Once the app is running, you will be able to login with your designated identifiers as defined by the team member in charge of optimising routes. You will need an identifier (valid email address) and a password.
The Home Page shows visits to be fulfilled today. If there are no visits today, the next few days can be consulted in the Agenda page (so long as this has been configured by the team member in charge of route optimization).
The Agenda page shows visits scheduled to take place today and over the next few days, so long as this has been configured by the route optimization team. Resources can browse the days to which they have access.
From the Agenda, select a visit in the list of visits for the selected day, and then consult the information relevant to this visit.
Several actions are then possible depending on the configuration defined by your route optimization staff member. Fulfilment status for different visits can be updated here as and when actions are progressed, or a customer signature can be entered and uploaded as required.
Linking in to the map of the route for the current day or to an external mapping/routing/navigation application is also possible to guide you to your next destination.
Restitution in TourSolver Cloud
The TourSolver Cloud user in charge of route optimization can both track progress on route fulfilment in real time as visit fulfilment status is updated automatically, and monitor schedules as visit fulfilment times are entered by the resource via the TourSolver Mobile app.
