Users can log in to control and interact with assigned devices. Account administrators have visibility into when and how many times a device was accessed. Account administrators also have the ability to control when and which devices their users have access to and can define user's access by day of the week and time of the day.

now is been a over a year since the complex moved to this system. Awful app. often I can't get in the building or take a long time to get in. The app takes long time to open. Errors all the time. usually I'm praying someone gets out so I can get in. Useless app. Only ok think is that Amazon can get in. But I would rather go pick my package if the alternative I can't get in my home. Way to feel unwelcomed in your own complex.

HORRIBLE, it's incredibly frustrating, and I don't think it has worked correctly for more than maybe a week in the past YEAR on my Android. My iPhone has consistently worked the majority of the year with only a couple of weeks here and there that it's really flaky. It seems to be an issue with the software not allowing background usage of the location typically because it continues to say that we are not within the perimeters of the property. This genuinely should be a simple fix yet A YEAR...

App has problems loading all of the time. Sometimes just states unknown error, or a blank screen. Horrible user experience. Would give 0 stars if possible. Update: been almost a year, and the app and system hasn't gotten any better. To be honest, it's only gotten worse. There is always an update on the app, but it doesn't make it any better. Now, the app never logs me out, and I have to either manually log out of the app, or sometimes even restart my phone. This whole system is one big POS
