Ratings and reviews

The app has significant drawbacks: 1) It charges 1 EUR for no reason if you want to use it as an e-ticket via NFC; 2) T-casual/T-familiar tickets require verification of your ID. It can take up to 48h. Impossible to buy a ticket in the app immediately after you arrive in Barcelona; 3) It's damn slow and lags loading the ticket; 4) The app is useless w/o an internet connection; 5) Not all credit cards are accepted. You can avoid all this by simply buying a physical ticket from a ticket machine.

update: I resolved the problem which turned to be caused by my phone time was set about a minute faster than automatic time. worked great until new update. am still able to use it to, but it says it can't sync w wallet. can't access acct. so I can't refill my ticket when it expires. keeps saying to try in five minutes. it's been a few days. I've tried clearing cache + data, uninstalling and reinstalling... same problem "try in five minutes." I've tried rolling back to v20.18... same problem.

since update ( may 2016) it is not syncing properly. whenever i buy a new ticket it keeps showing the pending transaction message and it is not showing in the app. to fix it "just" needs to clear cache and data but it is annoying to do it as a user. while this "request pending" error message is on, the nfc is not working with a "not supported message".
