It's a good app in overall, well designed. I like the possibility to postpone sessions, something that was missing from the previous app I used. It would be nice to have more specific tips on the diet to follow before or after a run. This is something I have been struggling for a long time, because I'm not sure what's the best to eat to achieve weight loss when doing workout. Definitely a five star app if it could accomplish this.

For me, and for now, by far the best workout app. Effective and original exercises, various levels (and objective: the advanced level is actually engaging), nice combinations. 5 stars even if I would say it's not perfect: the pauses are excessive (and I did not find a way to shorten); the two introductions to the exercises are confusing (when it says prepare for the exercises then have a look to the video); when it says that you have time to switch weights you don't know which ones...

All in all it is ok, but sometimes it doesn't calculate correctly the steps. Three times in a while, I have done several sessions of walking and the app can't synchronize my steps, only proposing do it later and then I could not see them in my follow-ups as archived. I have to change the app. Sorry but, it is no way to fix for me :( Hope it will be fixed asap.
