Photo sizes need to be reduced if you want to have more than one on your spike. Downloaded ReducePhotoSize and now no errors. Have trouble finding friends with the search box. Friend with iPhone had no problem. Work around, you or friend make a public spike, find it and click follow there. Hope this app keeps improving. Download it, it's fun.
