About this app
'Accessible India' mobile application has been launched with a vision to create an inclusive barrier free environment by identifying the gaps and facilitate their remedial by concerned authorities. The application is intended to crowdsource the issues and possible solutions related to accessibility from citizens. The application is also intended to register appreciation from public to identify best practices in creating barrier free infrastructure.
Key Features:
1. Sign up: One time sign up is required to get user login
2. Dashboard: A dashboard for lodging and monitoring after login
3. Appreciation for the facilities used by Divyangjan
4. Complaints lodged by the user and track of complaints status at real-time mode
5. Facility to send reminder to the lodged complaint and tracking the status
6. Email acknowledgement at the time of registering of complaint, appreciation
7. Updates such as latest events, advisories, recent guidelines posted by Department of
Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPwD)
8. Provision of uploading the geotagged picture of the available infrastructure
9. Integration of Accessibility features enabling Divyangjan to hassle-free navigation
