This is a terribly executed "upgrade". With the old app, we had the ability to quick view balances in accounts without needing to login to the app. The app is extremely slow and it's taken me 3 days to get into my account after the "upgrade". Once I able to log into the app, I kept getting kicked out for "Security Reasons". I'll mitigate my own issues my closing my accounts and going to Navy Federal.

This review is on the app, not the CU itself. Ever since the update, I cannot login. I guess it is happening to a lot of customers. I like many others that can't see their account are very frustrated not getting a call back on what to do to see their banking info. Get rid of the update!

when trying to remote deposit a check through the app, the camera is absolutely horrible! Doesn't take any clear pictures and when trying to look at it the app itself is all distorted. The buttons to click "use or retake" are not there at all. The fact that the pictures come out so blurry the check is never successfully accepted. It is not my camera either. I take pictures clearly otherwise, it is just this app and only since the new app upgrade.
