Yesterday I drove 200 miles to visit family, with three locator apps on my phone, and phone plugged into car to show Google Maps nav on the screen. GeoZilla says "No location collected" for the day. Yes, it has all-the-time location permission and precise. The other two tracked correctly. I'm done. I've cancelled my subscription, but it will be active until the next renewal. This is just preposterous. Used to work, and I don't know what has gone wrong with it, but enough is enough.

Horrible. I sent support asking for assistance since every time I opened the app, all it showed was a QR code. I also mentioned that if it is not going to work, I may obviously have to cancel my subscription. Well, instead of any help or even asking a question about my problem or attempt at helping, all support sent me detailed instructions on "How to remove the app and cancel the subscription." WOW!! Great customer retention! Life360 it is then.

So far, their only response was to tell me how to cancel depending on what platform I used and I told them it shows no subscription at all, yet I was charged. I know how I'm supposed to cancel, it's just not giving me that option. I only wanted to try it for a week but I was charged a lot for it and then it renewed and no where in my account or playstore does it show a subscription so as of right now I can't cancel it. I'm waiting to hear back. It's ridiculous!!!
