You must not test updates ... They don't work when updated. If, and it usually is a big if, the app starts without crashing, none of my data is pulled into the update. Poor programming, if you ask me. The thing is, all GE's apps work like this. Very frustrating. The real killer is the apps don't work in the stores.
App stopped working. Updated to the latest version, tried to login and get the message the app stopped functioning and to report the problem. I had no issues with this app until an update in late June.
Force close Even after the most recent update the app force closes and sometimes I haven't even opened it for awhile it just pops up Giant Eagle app force closed
Bad app Can't even log in, keeps stopping. Fix your app and stop advertising to download if you can have any of your apps function.
Why So Many Permissions Needed? I just noticed that my phone has the app listed as using a huge amount of my battery life. How? I don't know since I only use it when I forget to take my Advantage card into the store. Also, why does the app need permission to use my phone's camera to take pictures at any time and make phone calls as it pleases? I like GetGo, but I will be uninstalling the app.
App won't load or allow log in All I see is a flashing loading screen.. This app is garbage and a waste of time. You'd think Giant Eagle would hop on this and fix it quickly
