Only way to reach "support" is in app, and the support is an ai chatbot that does not provide accurate information. This not only seems dangerous, but is incredibly irresponsible. Learned my lesson and getting away from the platform as a whole as soon as I can because it shouldn't be this hard to use the service and at this point the app only functions as a glorified balance checker

poor customer service. it is very difficult to get a real person to answer your questions. most communication is ai slop. they frequently make mistakes.

Ok all things considered. Biggest complaint is that when checking your card details, if the listed address is too long it gets cut off. There is no option to copy the address, and no way to scroll to see the full address either. In my case it cut off the first few numbers to the address, so you have to check through web if you want to be able to use it for anything. Also, some accounts such as the "lifestyle savings" are very vague in what they cover. Very responsive & helpful customer service.
