The app is great, when it works properly. It is a great motivation pusher for both kids and adults. However, lately it gives a "Could not connect to internet. Changes will not be saved." error message thatpops up quite frequently. I've sent a message to support, we will see what happens from there. My rating will change if improvements are made.

This app is perfect...if it worked. It's the only chores app I've found that has everything I'm looking for: highly customizable with points and rewards, rotating chores between family members, and tons of other great settings. BUT it won't connect to the internet (even if you are), and always freezes without loading anything. I'm disappointed because it was so perfect at first until it stopped working the next day. And it's not just Android, my wife's iPhone has the same issues.

The app has been stuck on a blank screen with just family in the bottom navigation, but tapping on it doesn't do anything. I was able to get kicked to the login screen but that also got stuck on a loader. The app always takes a while to load and I thought restarting would do the trick as it usually does but now it fully doesn't work. I cleared the cache, storage, uninstalled/reinstalled the app.

What's new

This update includes a few bug fixes, namely issues with resetting passwords, entering negative points, having the tasks screen dynamically update and the formatting of photos. We’ve also made some improvements to the tone of our inactivity reminders. This update also fixes the rewards issue that occurred in the last update. Thanks for your patience with these issues and especially to those who brought them to our attention.
