This app has a horrible bug where it loses its mind and keeps claiming it has experienced a network error and refused to load any data in the app or let you log in. I've contacted support multiple times over the last 6 months and they keep claiming it will be fixed soon but it never is. Completely unusable garbage. They should be ashamed of themselves.
I keep getting a network error whether I'm on Sprint or on Wi-Fi. Fingerprint option for login never works.
Fingerprint didn't work on initial opening of the new version however did eventually kick in on the third attempt. Log in much better. Thank you.
The app is in desperate need of bug fixing. Always losing connection. Constant signing out.

It functions fine once you're in, but agree with everyone else: the sign-in-every-time bug is horrible. Needs to be fixed. To be clear, I'm VERY happy with the card and service. Just not this quirky, sluggish UX process at the start of every use.
