Well shucks, the app doesn't work. Trying to enter a credit card under "add payment method" and keep getting the error "Well shucks, we're having trouble reaching Clover in the network". Network, both cell and Wi-Fi, is working fine for everything else. Can't order without a payment method, so the app is worse than useless, as it wasted 15min of my time.

Don't understand the point of the app. Have been paying at Clover POS in different locations using same phone number, I would assume I could see past transactions if I login with the same phone number. Nope, nothing to see, no history. I can't see any loyalty programs for stores using Clover. Good to know that the company is lousy at tracking purchase history with phone number without a Clover account, but that also defeat the purpose of having an app. All in all, the app is rather useless.

This app isn't user friendly: no instructions or visuals when opening the app. Most importantly, the customer service phone # in clover FAQs & online isn't even for the app or anything related to clover. It leads to Merchant helpline which only helps businesses. I wanted to delete my account. After being transferred 4 times, I found out that they can't help whatsoever & I have to contact the developer of app?? Overall, customer service team doesn't know anything & this company is disorganized.
