Ratings and reviews

Horrible! When the new app replaced the previous version, they erased all of my credits! Over 100 credits disappeared. Then, I attempted to add a few new ones manually from receipts, and after I successfully entered them, they were erased, too. I'm very frustrated and disappointed. This is ruining my great relationship with my favorite restaurant.

New update requires an age verification, but the input does not let you manually type your birthday. I had to scroll month by month from today's date to my birthday. Thats roughly 30 years times 12 months a year. 360 clicks. Terrible UI. edit: the developers did respond but I can assure them that clicking the year did not allow for the selection of the year.

The log in doesn't work. Everytime I try it says "unable to connect to network." When I tried to go through customer service it said I had to be logged in to go to costumer service when my issue is logging in. When I try to go through the website it asks me to log in with email when my account is associated with phone number. Without the log in working I can't vouch for any other aspect of the app
