My first unit did not work as well. Thought batteries that came with it were drained; had them replaced with two new sets---still on and off. After messaging tech crew, a replacement was sent fast. So far, my new unit is working superbly, for a week now, without fail. So far, so good!
Great for my frequent travel, and my Doc is impressed with how I am tracking / keeping my readings and emailing to him. Only draw back is batteries run out quicker than I would like.
My doc said it was more accurate than most home (especially wrist) devices. I like its easy interface with Samsung's S Health app and its data export in various formats. Seems as though it drained the batteries when in proximity to an open linked Bluetooth device.
We bought 2 units ... I have Dysautonomia and husband has A-FIB... they're a godsend for keeping records and emailing to our doctor. The customer service is excellent, our first one was defective, but they shipped me a new one in a matter of a few days. I take mine everywhere.
This worked fine on my pixel until today's update. Rebooted, re-paired and still won't measure
