Ratings and reviews

This app is pretty obnoxious because it doesn't update showing finished stops. you have to manually close the app and re-open it almost every time you finish a stop. And sometimes it doesn't register that you've taken a photo, so you have to close and re-open the app and take another photo. Seems like a super easy fix, but Skimmer has had this same issue for MONTHS and nothing has been done to fix it. Kind of ridiculous since this is an app that costs money every month to use.

Been using this app for a year and a half. We have tried pool brain before this and before that we had used ion. I'm not impressed with this app, they haven't made many positive changes to their capability and now they want to triple the price if you don't use their billing software, we use quickbooks and don't want/ need their software for billing and accounting, they just want to make more money off of you for using their credit services. In my opinion, stay away. Going to bail out ASAP!

Was great, now not. Multiple crashes per day, many times per property. Very laggy, our company techs have trouble with sync, so we can't track their progress. Update- Not Android friendly, even with latest Galaxy S phones •Laggy, crashes when coming out of sleep, have to limit other background apps •Sync'ing finished pools for tracking route progress- doesn't keep up with our geo-tracking apps
