I joined Headspace when it was still in Beta Version and so many years later, the app genuinely frustrates me. How come it has become so difficult to view all videos at once? The features are too overwhelming. It used to be simple and easy to use. I appreciate that there is the "Move" category but I'd prefer if headspace only provided meditation videos instead of videos with athletes teaching yoga poses, or Kevin Hart giving a one minute speech on motivation. Unsubscribing soon.

Headspace really got me into meditation and helped me out alot! I've been using it for over a year now and I was really happy with it. However, the new layout of the whole app is not user-friendly enough and the categories are not very well divided. I really enjoy my meditations, but sadly I have a hard time finsing my old favorites these days. A search bar would help, or some little changes to make the app a little more manageable and straightforward. I'd love to see headspace improve further.

My experiences: Pros: The content is good. I liked the different themes. Cons: Unfortunately, the app did not run smoothly at all. Varies podcasts stopped or did not run for the whole duration. This made my mediation experience very challenging, to avoid saying annoying. Customer service tried to help but obviously could not fix the bug issues. I demanded a refund or some form of goodwill but unfortunately they ignored my request. In short: good content but too many bugs. Off to new app shores

What's new

A steady meditation practice can calm the mind. But sometimes a bug appears in the app and it distracts us. We removed that bug from this latest version, and we already feel more at ease.
