I was always getting ads for this app, and since I have high levels of anxiety, stress, and depression, I decided to try it out. The intro video seemed great; it pulled me in and made me more excited to pursue my mental health. The app looks clean and nice, but there is a HUGE limit. Almost every video is locked, meaning you cannot access it unless if you pay for their plan. I do understand that money funds their mission, but I cannot find a single video that is required without pay. Uninstall!

We appreciate your feedback! We recently updated the Headspace app to allow all new members to unlock the entire Headspace library through our free trial. We still offer free content outside of the app on social media channels and still offer K-12 organizations free memberships in the US, UK, Australia, and Canada.

I like the content and have been a subscriber for years. However, the app, despite its look and feel, doesn't work very smoothly. I sometimes cannot load the "Today" page, and the video and guide do not work as expected. It auto stop after 1 second. The overall experience with the app has been up and down for me. I hope the issues will be fixed soon because the price is hefty for a meditation app.

I have been using Headspace for years, now! I started with beginners courses and took baby steps. it's still challenging and I defy consider myself a beginner. There have been setbacks! And I sometimes need to switch things off. I really appreciate the opportunity to explore that Headspace provides! discovering podcasts, learning new perspectives with new teachers. it all makes me feel connected and realize that I am not alone! I am an earthseed, to put it in the words of Octavia E Butler!.

What's new
A steady meditation practice can calm the mind. But sometimes a bug appears in the app and it distracts us. We removed that bug from this latest version, and we already feel more at ease.
