It's very useful and calming, but I have one request. PLEASE MAKE MORE PACKS FREE! I want to meditate but I can only use about 5-7 of the almost 30+ packs because I can't pay for them :( Maybe you could make more packs free while charging the more popular ones?
This app is amazing. I feel so calm..it has restored my inner peace.. I have bad health which causes me to be very anxious.. who would have thought an app like this could make you feel so calm and restore inner peace. I love this and highly recommend this to anyone.. thankyou so much head space you will never imagine how much you have helped me ❤
I am making my way through the Basics, and I wanted to go back during the day and replay previous day's. However, the app seems stuck on the 10-min audios. If I try to select a 5-min version, it just slides back to 10-minutes. It feels a little bit frustrating.
I have a lot of mental health problems and this app helps tremendously in grounding and remembering to take time to relax and remember that tomorrow is just another day. I love the speakers voice and all the different mini sessions. As a college student I can't afford the subscription right now but you bet I'll get it as soon as I can.
Love this meditation app, this and insight are by far my favorites. My only criticism of headspace is that a "10 minute" session doesn't always mean 10 min, they are usually around 12 etc and that makes it hard with a tight schedule.
I just downloaded the app, and meditated for the first time. I found this app as an advertisement, and I decided to download this app because I wanted to be calmer, but it is hard because of my depression. When I saw that there was a depression pack, I was ecstatic. But was disappointed to find that I had to pay for it. As a 13 year old whose parents don't use credit cards, I was very disappointed because I didn't get what I was looking for. Maybe you should make more packs free, not all of them so that you can make a profit, but a good amount so new users who aren't willing to pay won't get bored. But so far, the app has been great. I'll continue using the app in hopes that one day I can listen and meditate to the depression pack.
