Have had some bad experience with customer support. The app doesn't always work correctly and requires to be uninstalled and installed again. Spruce claims that it works with the leasing office and doesn't require anything from me if I'm not home to open the door but not the case. They wait till the people are right there and then ask for help with entry instead of getting that settled ahead of time. Unfortunately, because of price, still consider it until I find something better

If you go to your profile in the Spruce App and then "Home Access Directions", you can add details here about how we can access to your home. If you want your leasing office to release keys, please ensure you sign a key release form with them.

The app is great, as is the website. Super easy to book and communication is good. Now the actual service itself, very different story. I booked a Premium Cleaning and received a terrible cleaning. I did contact Spruce Support and they sent a second person who did not do a good job either. After contacting Spruce Support again, they offered a partial refund and a future free cleaning in an effort to rectify the situation.

They charged me and never show up for the cleaning. When I reported it through text they never replied back. When I chat with them, they didn't solve the issue. So if you are looking for an expensive, but unreliable cleaning service; Spruce is for you.
