Most of the time this app opens and errors, "something went wrong please try again or contact us" The functionality is limited when it does work and has some very frustrating quirks when trying to edit bookings Customer service is very rude and unwilling to take any ownership I like the service and convenience but this app is total garbage

The app is great, as is the website. Super easy to book and communication is good. Now the actual service itself, very different story. I booked a Premium Cleaning and received a terrible cleaning. I did contact Spruce Support and they sent a second person who did not do a good job either. After contacting Spruce Support again, they offered a partial refund and a future free cleaning in an effort to rectify the situation.
