I've been using this app for a while to ensure I get my train to get to work. However, on 3/4 occasions, I've had the following issues I.e., taxis or drivers being sent to the wrong pick point (just around the corner), not turning up and being told that they did not have a booking, being told that the taxi is 4/5mins away, when it's not, they've cancelled without notification. I ordered a cab after a night out, 1am and they parked in a different street and was asked to walk there! Never again.

Booked a taxi just once, a tedious experience just to get started. We could not book in advance, for the strange reason that it would supposedly take only take 2-3 min. for a taxi to arrive. So we booked in the morning, it took almost 5 min. just to find a driver, then it took him 10 min. to get to us. We eventually arrived late. Also it cost almost 50% more than a regular taxi. I see no value added by this app and service. EDIT: Your reply looks canned, not honest. I gave the full experience.

App is a bit rubbish, never includes my address for the driver when I enter it and the send text to driver never works. Drivers are great, but the additional fees you want to charge at peak times, often doubling the cost of the fare, are absurd. I'd use this more often but the extra fees are unjustifiable. I'll usually check, and then cancel.
