There are times when the pomp says all information is required. The App Does not define what item/information was missing? I WASTE way too much time having to find out what little item I left out or didn't check. There should be some type indicator to point to the information that was not addressed. That would make it a 100% better. Still adjusting to the Changes and Change is~ inevitable. The great thing is once I get comfortable with Vymo There will be something new.

I’ve been facing several issues while using the Vymo mobile app which are seriously affecting my workflow. One of the major problems is with the Energizer Call feature. Many times, even after making the call through the app, it doesn’t get registered, resulting in no credit being given for the Energizer call made for my advisor. This is frustrating and demotivating. In addition, the app frequently hangs or shows "App Not Responding" messages, which impacts productivity and wastes valuable time.

From few days call via Vymo we can't select sim if we set ask every time for call .we need to keep setting either sim 1 or sim 2 through vymo call can't select sim as per our choice and auto churning option not there ,time to take refresh app after call disconnected
