Just Between Us is a chat app for couples, where no one else can see your messages except the ONE person you're synced with.

It also makes texting your spouse, boyfriend or girlfriend, or significant other fun!

Ratings and reviews

Last year, I left a negative review with three stars. Because my wife and I loved the app, but the system used for transferring past messages and photos to a new phone is not very smooth, and we lost everything. However, since then, some upgrades have been made. The functionality and look of the app is far better, and we love it! I also had a series of complaints after the update, I was put in touch with Dan, who was understanding, friendly, and quick to respond. Excellent service!

This app has been awesome for us. There are a couple of glitches with the most recent update, but the developer is super responsive to comments and says a fix is imminent. I noticed another comment said that their conversation didnt transfer over when they switched phones. I had that issue in the past, but when I switched phones last week everything came over just fine so it looks like that issue has been resolved.

I like the app in theory, but I don't like that they essentially own the photos. If I ever stop paying the membership, all those photos are gone forever since I'm not able to download or export them. Also the newest update is bad. Takes forever to load photos, and you can't swipe to scroll from one picture to the next. You have to back out of the image and select another one instead of just swiping. Why make it more steps???
