Every year renewal is a problem, I'm saying this because at settings age, you can't operate your smartphone, and you can't walk or transport yourself to the nearest branch as well. The children we have today when you asked them to do something on your phone they tell you they are not used to your kind of phones if it's not an iPhone, we the BBC's I mean born before computers we don't like iPhone as well. that is a point SSNIT have to take a second look. Thanks.

As a pensioner, I have found this app very user-friendly and convenient. I would like to sincerely thank the staff at SSNIT for the support provided. From the comfort of my home, I was able to submit my SSNIT number, phone number, and email, complete my setup, renew my certificate, and even update my beneficiaries with ease.
