Ratings and reviews

App is extremely slow with searches and full of bugs. The Cart keeps getting emptied by itself, keep getting "something is wrong" notifications. Search doesn't work properly, needed to find the items by selecting category and finding them manually. moreover unable to checkout, required repeated attempts. Compare to other supermarket apps which are seemless and user friendly, This app is poorly designed. The developer should really look into the matter seriously.

worst application for the online purchase I have ever seen this application has a Loyalty program but most of the time it does not open and I lose all my loyalty points while purchasing it takes more than 15 minutes in a counter to open and I am losing all my points because the other customers in the queue there becoming impatient this is the reason I am grading this application with only one star and expecting the betterment of the application by fixing the bugs to get 4 more Stars from me.

Application is good but its very slow, takes ages to load the 1st page and even on searching any product take ages to load. Please update the app and make it fast could really give good customer experience. Thank you
