Worst grocery shopping app I've used. Barely ever opens, inventory not accurate, points take hours to update and not accurate when they do, shows coupons but won't let you use them or when you click it's for an unrelated product. Supposed to work with Upside but all my app pickup orders fail to process (in store seems to work). Between the app being terrible, the pickup process being tedious and poor customer service at the store I'm about done with Giant

I am frustrated by this app just about every time I use it. Coupons won't clip. The app freezes constantly or just completely kicks me out. If I elect to use my rewards toward my next grocery purchase, the points are not always timely allocated. I'm considering switching grocery stores altogether because of how frustrating this can be weekly.

Generally a dysfunctional app. While the current version loaded (the previous version simply had spinning wheels and never let me login) this version allowed me to login successfully. As of June 2026 the app had improved greatly and I was getting ready to upgrade my rating. However, the latest update has changed my mind. It is now virtually impossible to login. The spinning wheel just keeps spinning and the app never opens. Zero stars unless they fix this quickly.
