Use caution with the app, they can switch items that aren't qualified for a sale..Had difficult time reaching customer service- was charged $80 more than what it should have been. Customer service told me it's been posted they have free right to substitute whatever they want. I haven't seen it. Totally screws up an order on sale requiring specific items. Be Cautious. Also didn't acknowledge many of the digital coupons described. I used to like Giant alot, but these new methods are shifty.

I like that it saves previous orders, and that my most ordered items appear near the top. ordering is easy and intuitive. my biggest complaint is that I will get texts that items from my order aren't available, but when I go into the app I can't see which items weren't available. it will show the status and the items are tiny images with no indication what's missing. this is extremely frustrating because I build my list in the app so I don't even know what's missing. aggravating

I only use the app for clipping coupons, using choice points, and checking the weekly deals. It works great for those things when it works. The biggest issue is that it tends to lock me out for "suspicious activity" if I try to look through coupons too quickly and there is no way to end it. If there was a way to regain access without having to wait it would be a much smaller issue.
