I've been needing to delete my account for months now since I don't live in the UK anymore. But no matter how many times I change my password, try to log in through my laptop or phone (app) it won't allow me to log in. It keeps saying that there's an issue with the website and to try it again later, but it's been saying that for almost a year now. This website and app is complete garbage and useless. Customer service is also unreliable and unhelpful.

USE WITH CAUTION Been a loyal customer for years and since December had repeated issues with people unable to call me and I cannot receive some calls. I've changed SIM cards and phones repeatedly and nothing has changed. Customer service is via a community rather than having a direct email address or phone number which makes contacting them difficult too.

Can you sort your app out please. I set it up for biometric sign in and every time I want to use the app i have to sign in. Pointless having the biometric sign in if i cannot use it. 20/7/25 This continues to happen as well as now telling me that my password is incorrect. I now have to reset my password Every month. This review has been here months and no reply from the Devs and the problem has not been resolved. March 2026 & still the same. Think I will just uninstall.
