Worst team. Everytime you place an order, you have to call their support team to process the order and send your documents everytime you call them. Worst team ever. They don't process order and keep giftcard on hold. They will tell to verify kyc and to do that we have wait forever for their call. Worst support

One of the worst support from their end ...I just lost my money for ZEE5 premium which I used from axis grab on deal....they have zero support for anything ....they asked me to contact ZEE5 for which zee5 informed the said CARD is not Valid and when I checked their gift card on woo-hoo its showing balance ....worst support don't buy anything from this website....also the customer care team never picked up the phone I waited for 58 minutes three four times called them no one picked ...chat useles

Very bad customer support. I have ordered a gift card of 5000. It's not added to my account but my money has been deducted. Poor customer service also
