Ratings and reviews

This app fails to work when you need it the most. In my case that's when you need to turn off the alarm because you enter your home. Because it's so slow or sometimes doesn't apply the change the alarm is triggered and you end up trying to open the app while standing in the blaring sirens. I don't understand why this is still not fixed after all these years.

The product works well. It was a bit difficult to install as I had to do the synchronisation of some parts more times. Good that I can switch off some elements if I don't need them to be active. Camera has nice picture. Motion sensors, door opening sensors' sensitivity is perfect.

Good app and easy to manage the alarm system. One suggestion for improvement: time to time sensor, especially door sensor fails to detect close action it would be nice if via app user can input the sensor position like it is closed now so base module can update it automatically instead of opening closing door again etc.
