I struggled with leaving a bad review. The game is really fun with the potential to be great. One of my biggest issues though is that everything is locked behind ads or paying a crazy amount of money to unlock. The ads themselves arent intrusive while playing but if you want anything else, it requires an ad. The game also scales in difficulty in a really weird way. The first few levels are fine and then it gets really grindy. Another big issue is that the game is basically RNG.

Pros: Cartoon characters, simple/easy to play/understand Cons: Very much PAY TO WIN. I spent $35 for no ads and Season 1 pass, I didn't get very far because I am limited on energy progress/day. They force you to spend money on everything just to make 1 level of progress. Also the enemy difficulty scales dramatically between levels 3 and 4. Certain characters are pay 2 play only. The rewards don't justify the time you put in to win each round.

ok concept, but absolutely zero thought into how to give the player agency. can't choose your spells, you rely on luck to get the spells you need. eventually you'll hit level 44 and won't be able to progress. spent a week non stop grinding and still can't beat level 45. and you're watching ads about every 3 minutes for about 30 seconds. it's clear the goal of this app is ad watching, not making a good game you want to spend money on.
