Loading time is very long. Also, forgot password process is flawed. The link sent is broken and requires one to copy paste the link and add a backslash to make it work. This was troublesome for us, and it wasn't clear why the link wasn't working until we called customer service. Not to mention, when my friend registered his account, he accidentally misspelled his email address and because there was no email confirmation process, it was difficult to realize why our account login was not working.
Broken. It scans my license, but populates the expiration date with today's date. Field is grayed out, so I can't fix it. There's also no support option, or any menu available at all, while it's stuck in the "scan documents" mode.
Would've gave a 4 but i have went through multiple strenuous issues with this service. I get it, Your a new company but please fix your payment company. Financial discrepancies are not ok, especially with no resolution. I'm extremely weary now on using the service.
Totally worthless. Would not let me end trip. I called and was told it was because the car was on..it was indeed off. Travel area is limited, costly, loading time very slow..dont waste your time. Tried to call to cancel membership but no one picks up on either line..
Cool idea, seems a little pricey. Cars are always where I want them and clean and comfy. Love e that they have bike racks too
This has been a super convenient option for me. I love being able to hop in and hop out. Cars are very solid, too. I hope the program grows to other Bay Area cities.
We have improved Gig Member password to include alphanumeric and special characters.
