paydirekt and giropay became one: the new giropay
Wherever the new giropay logo or the combined giropay/paydirekt logo is displayed, you can use the giropay app to confirm your purchase.
Pay easily online:
Quite simply without a username and password! Go to checkout and select giropay as the payment method. Select the "Pay with giropay app" button or scan the QR code from your computer screen. Log into the paydirekt app with your fingerprint or PIN and approve the payment - done! To use the function, you have to verify the app once. This can be done with the TAN procedure of your bank or savings bank - as you are used to from online banking or your banking app.
Send and request money to friends and acquaintances:
Simply select the recipient from the contact list, use emojis as purpose and send money to email or mobile number. Best of all: You can also receive money if you are not a giropay user!
Keep up to date with online purchases at all times:
Clear display of your giropay payments Notification of each transaction
Pay with one click in the future:
In many shops you can preset giropay as a payment method for future payments. This authorization must be confirmed once via the giropay app.
Full SECURITY with giropay:
The giropay app communicates exclusively via tested interfaces and ensures secure data transfer in accordance with German online banking standards. Access to your online banking account is not possible via giropay because all data is stored encrypted on your device. Your data is also stored in data centers in Germany certified by banks and is subject to the strict German data protection laws.
