Unplug is an app that combines Pomodoro Timer and flower arrangement to help you step away from a busy sedentary lifestyle to regain physical and mental balance. Unplug has a built-in Pomodoro timer or you may customize your focus interval. At the end of each focus interval, you will be reminded to take a break and walk 150 steps within 30 minutes, after that you will get your carefully crafted floral design.
With the Pomodoro Technique or the custom focus mode, you may practice balancing focus and break every day and remind yourself to keep away from a sedentary lifestyle.
