Horrible. I used the service at KLIA2 airport, but the chair was not working. I waited after 2 months with many text messages and emails asking for a refund, finally they replied that they cannot refund for me through the bank account because they checked and the system said the chair was working (while I have enough pictures and videos to prove that the chair only counted the time but didn't move at all), they said that they will refund by this app, and app did not work. The most stupid app ever. I've made payment and the app is not functioning. Tried calling the customer service but no one pick up. Such a waste of money.

Paid for the service but it just ate your money! Although i get back the refund after contacted them via FB, it just create hassle and unnecessary trouble.
