Well Done ... But lately I have been logging my workouts for years and I have to say this is pretty darn good. There is 1 enhancement I recommend: Review your success by the day, in table view, so you can see what you last did. I know this may be more than simple to do but this need is better than an email report for ALL the data broken down into each exercise is much more realistic. No update for 2014. I rated this a 5 but I have been trying to get the email report for a couple of weeks with no success. I Dropped to 4 stars.
Not bad for a free app It's pretty easy to use, but there's no way to edit or delete anything once it's been entered. And the reports don't cover all activities - just one at a time. So I had to go back & create one category for all activities, and then re-enter everything. But it's free.
Thank you. I do physical therapy which is basically range of motion with small weights. All I wanted was to be able to track how much time I was able to do this each day. Your app is perfect. Every other app wanted some complicated rep scheme. Now all I have to do is enter x weight for x time and I can see a progress graph. I have literally been looking for an app like yours for the better part of a year. I do wish there was a backup function in case of a phone failure or other issues.
I like that is simple there are probably 100 things that can be improved on this app, but I like that is very simple. the only thing I would like to see is the ability to schedule workouts on a calendar. paint the day green if there was a workout scheduled and completed, red if there was a workout scheduled and skipped, and gray for future (scheduled) workouts.
Perfect Everything you need, without the clutter. To those saying that you can't delete or edit - go to "Enter workout data" and long press on the workout
Simple workout It's so good and simple to use I use it every day I wish I could get the graph by email but it won't let me if you could sort this out it would be great
