Very nice, but could still be improved I love this app but I have a few suggestions for improvement. Please add a graphs button to the main calendar screen. Also it would be nice if the graph could show multiple exercises and your body weight in different colors (like the stronglifts app) where the user can select which exercises to display. Also, so it's compact when looking over an entire workout, If the user squated say 200 lbs for 3 sets of 8 reps, have the app display this as "squat 200 lbs 3x8", instead of listing three separate squats.
Awesome app! My only issue is that I can't enter a custom exercise. For example, I want to track my squat thrust. There are no search results so it will not let me track it. It would be awesome if I could just create the workout on the spot. This is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars! Edit: representative reached out and showed me how to create custom workouts. 5 stars it is!
I have been using this app for a few months to track my workouts. It is so easy to use. I love the graphs, the ability to modify lists to my needs, and how easy it is to copy workouts from one day to the next. The only thing that could make it perfect is if it had an Average Speed graph. However, that did not make me want to give less stars. This app is great and I am glad I found it.
This is the only app that I have kept on Android every since I acquired it long ago and the only fitness app I always recommend to anyone I know who has an Android. The continuous updates to make it intuitive and useful is simply the best. Every time I think this app should add on something the next update is already including it. If there's one suggestion I would like to make which would help tremendously (at least for me) are to add a feature that helps with workout programs like 5/3/1 into the sets so I don't have to think about the percentages or to adjust my weights for my next sets. It will just do it automatically for those next sets in the next workout. That would be awesome. Thanks for creating the perfect fitness app.
Wish I could rate it 7 stars. This app has everything I need to track my workout progress. Interface is clean, minimal and beautiful. App is intuitive and easy to use. Absolutely no ads, so developer deserves a big kudos for his excellent product. Being a hobbyist developer, I know the pain and efforts it takes to build even a simple app. Developer is giving it out for free. Hats off to him. And yes, this app is wonderfully easy to use. My search stopped here.
Awesome in its simplicity. This app just works exactly how you need it to to quickly and reliably track lifting progress and view history. It also has some nice little features like countdown timer for rest, easily viewable history for lifts and personal best indicators. Real pleasure to use.
Full change log will be displayed in the app but highlights include:
• A new Body Measurement Tracker allows you to track all of your important measurements.
• Tap an exercise when viewing a workout in the calendar to see its History, Progress Graphs, Goals, etc.
• Save default settings in the Analysis section.
• Save favourite filters for the Personal Record grid.
