Awesome app. Went ahead and purchased the upgrade. One you understand how the creating and assigning of workouts flows, it's all downhill from there. I'm on a six week plan, so for this Friday, I copy last Friday's workout and make all my update in seconds. This app has really become indispensable for me. No real issues. Learning it took me some time. When I'm working on a superset, the timer starts after each exercise. probably experience on my part. Great app, highly recommended.

If you've used printed spreadsheets or just a plain notebook to record your workouts, this is exactly one step up, AND I LIKE IT THAT WAY. It doesn't generate workout plans, or show you form videos, or chug while trying to load some overly complicated or animated interface. It's a data tool (CSV export?! Yes!!) This is what would happen if someone said "how do I make analog tracking digital?" and then pulled it off *perfectly.*
