I went through about 4 calendar snooze apps. It is a shame Google or the Android default Calendar does not have an option to snooze reminder. This is only my first day using it. So far so good (but the others I used worked lovely the 1st week then stopped). We will see. After running many tests, there are already some basic features I wished this app had: - control volume of alarm - have a snooze button or slider that pops up (not just in the notification bar on top of the phone. It is so tiny and easy to miss the Snooze button so early in the morning for my morning alarm, I might as well be awake!) - have the alarm wake up the phone. What's the use of allowing the alarm to pop up on lock screen if you can't see it until you wake up the phone, either from it's black screen or "Always on Display" Other than that, this app is easy to use, seems to integrate well so far, and has good customization settings (such as choosing a custom notification sound), though it lacks some essentials basics mentioned above.

Makes Google Calendar usable as a reminders app. Tried many reminders apps since switching from iOS )where I used Alarmed by Yoctoville), none were sufficiently good for various reasons (some only used alarm-level alerts, some didn't notify at all, many lacked features). Google Calendar of course has many features, including the very helpful ability to modify a single occurrence of a series (which many reminder apps can't do), but the notifications don't persist. This app fixes that :)

latest update broke notifications. instead of fixing it, the developer put a message in settings as an excuse not to fix it. lame In reply to developer: You could have left the existing version as it was without changes. It wasn't broken. The new release you pushed broke it. You could support multiple versions either with OS Version switches within your app or with separate complies altogether.

It was my bad to accidentally overwrite the old working version - sorry about that. "OS Version switches" would not work as old API is no longer accessible for the new apk uploads. Install from alternative app stores to get a version working on pre-Oreo androids.
