the app was working pretty good until the most recent update. it logged me out and now it can't seem to find my account and I've tried every possible way to get into my account and I can't. called the help line and while the person on the other end was wonderful, there wasn't a whole lot they could do to help get me into my account since they can't provide much helpful info. Maybe send a update the app so it can send a link to my email so I can get back in since ssn and acct number dont do jack.

Like it, thanks! It's much more functional than the previous version, and you can do more right in the app. They seemed to have fixed the problem with reordering the dashboard today. Wish list items that I'd love to see: 1 - On the dashboard in the transactions section, it would be nice to see a running total on each transaction line. 2 - on items paid by check in the online banking system, it only lists the check number and not the payee, so you have to go into bill pay to match them up.

Not loving it. When it works, it's good. More often than not, I get an "error updating" or and "oops, something went wrong on our end" message and can't see up-to-date info on my account status. If it continues, I will most likely switch banks - I live in too rural of an area for online banking not to work.
