was great but a few weeks ago it kicked me out of my account and has not worked right since. it let's me on for a few seconds but it won't update my balance it will ask for my password (which I had a bank teller change for me as it wouldnt accept my old one) and it will not accept the new one or my security questions. This has been going on for 2 weeks. I've deleted the app and re-downloaded it multiple times, restarted my phone. and updated it and nothing.

I have. Difficult time maneuvering in this app. I use bill pay for everything regarding monthly household bills. I have difficult time removing payees as there is no delete payee icon. Very frustrating. I hardly ever go on my laptop computer to get on this site because there's too much to go through to get into my account.

User Agreement Requirement is impossible to understand and read on the phone screen. If you scroll super speed it takes several full page swipes going as fast as you can just to get to the bottom. If you can't tell me what I need to know on 1 page you need to fire the person who wrote it.
