When items are removed from an order on the business side, it does not give you a chance to replace the item or an option to cancel the order. I have had only drinks or deserts delivered to me whilst the main meals were cancelled, it wastes both my time and money spent on delivery. The search function in the app is abysmal, the results have no relation to the words searched and you have to sift through thousands of pointless results. The after sales service is good, problems resolved quickly.

If you can not handle online payments then why you have added them as an functionality. Remove them. I ordered food they charged me and then cancelled the order the same thing is happening 3rd time. I was waiting for previous refund and this happened again. And support agent, huh they say they can't help with the systematic errors. This is irritating😖.

I ordered 3 but didn't get free with 1. I want to say why Foodpanda will give such a tempting advertisement! Yes, I understand that ads are provided by sellers. But Foodpanda is showing such tempting ads in their software without monitoring properly, Foodpanda is not monitoring the seller and seller's food very well. The bigger problem is that I am facing problems while browsing all the time. The main reason for this is that Foodpander's UI is atrocious. Can never browse properly.
