The apps is okay but the overall system is disappointing. If a restaurant run out of certain item in the menu, the overall order is cancelled without informing which item has run out. Customer has to guess which one has run out to order again for another item from the same restaurant
Been using Food Panda for almost 2 yrs and never had any major problem other than a couple of delayed delivery. Customer Service is very helpful when asking on Status.
very good services but foodpanda you should charge the debit/credit card after the order confirmation by the restaurant this may help us in safe deduction of our billed amount and no worries of reverting of transaction upon order cancellation.

Poor Support, Typical replies on your complaints. Ordering directly from the restaurant is a better option. Food comes late through Food Panda.
The new update does not include Rawalpindi. When trying to obtain current location get the message can't find your location. It has improved now.
